  • Terms: 5-20 in five year increments
  • 5 year base rate: 5.49%, 4.99% with automatic payment from LegacyTexas checking account
  • 10 year base rate: 6.00%, 5.50% with automatic payment from LegacyTexas checking account
  • 15 year base rate: 6.25%, 5.75% with automatic payment from LegacyTexas checking account
  • 20 year base rate: 7.25%, 6.75% with automatic payment from LegacyTexas checking account
  • Credit score of 660-679, add 1.00% to below; credit score of 659 and below requires additional review (credit score of 660+ does not assure approval, just pricing guidelines)
  • Exceptions made on a loan-by-loan basis may impact rate/APR
