The Metroplex Pools Installation Process

At Metroplex Pools, we make installing your new pool a straightforward and stress-free experience. Our three-phase approach covers every detail, so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

Pre-Install: Getting Ready for Your Dream Pool

Before we break ground, we start by understanding your vision and preparing everything needed for a smooth installation.

Introduction and Planning:

  • Start with a friendly phone call and an in-home visit to discuss your vision and preferences.
  • Learn about our installation process, pool options, and the industry-leading Lifetime Warranty.

Site Inspection and Preparation:

  • Help with financing options and guidance.
  • Conduct a visual inspection and spray paint the pool outline on your yard for placement (it washes off with rain!).
  • Discuss required permits and handle the application process.

Installation: Bringing Your Pool to Life

From delivery to the final touches, this phase is all about expertly installing your pool and ensuring everything is just right.

Delivery and Setup:

  • Delivery of your fiberglass pool, spa, or water feature, along with all installation materials.
  • Precise measurements are taken to dig the perfect hole.

Pool Installation:

  • The pool is carefully lowered into place using a crane, backfilled, and leveled.
  • Prepare for decking installation with materials of your choice (concrete, tile, etc.).
  • Future-proofing connections for easy addition of spas or water features later.

Final Checks:

  • Fill the pool with water and adjust the backfill and leveling.
  • Double- and triple-check all plumbing, electrical, and equipment for smooth operation.

Post-Install: Ensuring Your Pool Runs Smoothly

After installation, we guide you through everything you need to know to keep your pool in perfect condition.

  • Learn how your pool operates, including equipment, controls, and maintenance basics.
  • Get a hands-on demonstration of water testing, balancing, and proper skimming techniques.
